The apartment in question, a T2+1 type, is part of the Porto de Abrigo Residential Complex , designed by Architect Francisco Conceição Silva and built in 1965.

The Renovation Project aimed to respect both the original concept and its aesthetics, ensuring the continuity of the architectural line while maintaining the spatial and material quality characteristic of the work in question.
